Underdogs Map is an interactive map of startups and investors from Central and Eastern Europe — companies from Ukraine, Poland, the Baltics, the Balkans, Hungary, and the rest of the region, in one place.
It is part of the Underdogs Newsletter, which covers founders and startups from CEE and Ukraine. Subscribe here.

Only companies and funds with a CEE connection — founded in the region, Eastern European founders, or offices in CEE.

About me
The project is built by Michael Perevoznyk, Associate at Flyer One Ventures — a founder-led VC fund, backed by 30+ tech entrepreneurs and operators. Before F1V, our team built one of the largest tech companies in Eastern Europe with 1B users. We invest $300k–$1.5m at pre-seed/seed in Ukrainian and CEE entrepreneurs.
