System Integration Engineer 

\n
\n

The Vehicle System Integration team plays a key role in bringing autonomous driving technology to life. 

\n

We work at the intersection of cutting‑edge software systems, test vehicles, and supporting infrastructure—making sure everything runs flawlessly in real-world conditions. 

\n

Job Summary  

\n
    \n
  • Design, build, and operate system‑level infrastructure for autonomous test vehicles 
  • \n
  • Take end‑to‑end responsibility for components, OS provisioning, deployment and runtime behavior 
  • \n
  • Debug complex issues across Linux systems, networking and hardware components 
  • \n
  • Improve the reliability, robustness, and scalability of vehicle platforms in real‑world environments 
  • \n
  • Mentor and guide engineers in the team, contribute to code reviews, provide technical suggestions and feedback 
  • \n
  • Contribute to long‑term strategy and direction of system integration efforts 
  • \n
  • Participate in delegations to international offices, partners, and customers 
  • \n
  • Support on‑site system integration activities, including platform upgrades, sensor calibration, and testing 
  • \n
\n

Key Qualifications  

\n
    \n
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar engineering role 
  • \n
  • Studies in vehicle engineering or another relevant engineering field 
  • \n
  • Valid driving licence with active driving experience 
  • \n
  • Proven track record of strong problem-solving skills, ability to debug complex issues in a systematic way, and present the solution in a clear and concise manner 
  • \n
  • Strong networking knowledge, experience with network architectures, protocols, and troubleshooting 
  • \n
  • High level of experience with Linux systems (systemd, networking, debugging at OS level) 
  • \n
  • Ability and willingness to teach and mentor others, review code and provide constructive feedback 
  • \n
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) 
  • \n
  • Strong English communication skills and willingness to use them actively 
  • \n
  • Willingness to travel for on-site work a few times a year for a week or two at a time 
  • \n
\n

  • Experience with sensor calibration and testing 
  • \n
  • Experience with prototyping and testing hardware solutions 
  • \n
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools 
  • \n
  • Experience with working on delegation as part of a cross-functional team
