Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth in France, Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You will focus on industry 4.0, logistics, and innovation projects, building strong partnerships across the region.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategy and secure enterprise deals in France & Benelux.
• Develop lead generation campaigns tailored to the region.
• Build long-term client and partner relationships.
• Present solutions in French and English (Dutch a plus).
• Provide accurate pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams.
• Monitor regional competitors and opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Development/Sales experience in France or Benelux.
• Proven record with enterprise customers.
• Knowledge of IoT, edge, 5G, and orchestration.
• Fluency in French and English (mandatory); Dutch preferred.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
