As a Strategic Planner, you will working across R&D, Quality, Production, Procurement and other departments, you will lead projects (MRP optimizations, implementation of new processes, planning new logistics layouts etc.), ensuring Cost-optimized processes, improved material flow, further development of existing processes

Support IT in defining automation workflows and notification systems.
Ensure data accuracy between purchasing, production, and logistics modules.
Develop and monitor KPI dashboards (Power BI, Excel, INFOR reports).
What are your core components
ERP/MRP Knowledge – preferably INFOR, SAP, or similar systems
Project Management – leading cross-functional teams and ensuring deliverables
Process Optimization – Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen mindset
Communication & Negotiation Skills – ability to align multiple departments and suppliers
Technical Understanding – familiar with production planning, logistics engineering, and automotive standards
Analytical & Strategic Thinking – ability to translate data into business strategies
Fluent English in spoken and written form
Problem Solving – root cause analysis, escalation handling and action tracking
Advanced Excel & Power BI – KPI dashboards, visual management, data modelling

Salary range: €35 000 – €50 000 gross per year (depending on experience)
