Get in the driver's seat
As a Quality Project Lead, reporting directly to Quality Projects Manager, you will represent the Quality function within the Program Management organization, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the Product Creation Plan—from the concept phase through Start of Production (SOP). Working across Program Management, Quality Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams, you will drive quality planning, governance, and decision-making, ensuring project quality targets and product maturity requirements are achieved.
Where you’ll make an impact
Lead Quality activities throughout the Product Creation Plan for assigned vehicle programs.
Ensure effective information flow between Program Management and Quality functions.
Present project quality status and key risks during senior management decision meetings.
Monitor quality targets and recommend actions to address deviations based on customer impact.
Integrate customer feedback and field quality learnings into vehicle development projects.
Coordinate cross-functional Quality activities and escalate critical issues when required.
Align and track Quality targets and Product Creation Plan deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure Quality readiness and maturity milestones are achieved before SOP.
What are your core competencies
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive Quality within an OEM or Tier 1 supplier.
Strong Project Management experience in vehicle development programs.
Solid understanding of automotive quality processes and product evaluation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
Proactive, self-driven leader with strong planning, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.

Salary range: €50 000 – €65 000 gross per year (depending on experience)
