Get in the driver's seat
As a Composites Manufacturing Engineer, you will develop and industrialize the manufacturing processes, tooling, and production systems used to build composite parts for the world’s most advanced hypercars.
Working across Production, Manufacturing Engineering, R&D, Quality, Purchasing and Logistics, you will lead industrialization, optimization and continuous improvement of composite manufacturing processes and tools, ensuring robust, repeatable, and efficient composite production throughout the product lifecycle.

Where you’ll make an impact
Develop, implement, and optimize composite manufacturing processes to improve quality, productivity, and cost performance.
Design and validate tools, fixtures, plykits which will ensure high quality composite parts production
Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure design-for-manufacturability principles are incorporated into product development and enable successful serial production of composite components.
Define and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process specifications, and standard operating procedures.
Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality and production issues.
Evaluate and introduce new materials, technologies, equipment, and manufacturing methods.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives across composite production areas.
What are your core components
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in CAD software, preferably CATIA
Proven experience in composite manufacturing processes such as, preferably, prepreg and autoclave curing, but also lay-up, infusion, compression molding, or resin transfer molding (RTM). High visual quality parts related experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering principles, PFMEA, process validation, and industrialization.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to solving manufacturing challenges, managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced development environment
This is a fixed-term position covering maternity leave.

Salary range: €37 500 – €57 500 gross per year (depending on experience)
