About this role
As a Driver Engagement Operations Specialist , you will own the health of the driver marketplace across South Africa . You'll combine data analysis, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities that improve driver engagement, marketplace efficiency, and overall supply performance. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you'll take operational challenges from analysis through implementation, working closely with Product, Operations, Analytics, and local market teams to launch solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
