Work Hour: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Own the end-to-end Sales Agent Commission process, including commission calculations, reconciliations, statement preparation, approval coordination, and timely commission payouts.
- Analyze CRM, billing, and financial data to ensure accurate commission calculations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve commission-related queries by collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Strategic Partnerships, Finance, AP, and AR teams.
- Prepare commission reports, leadership summaries, and supporting documentation while ensuring compliance with commission policies and contractual agreements.
- Reconcile billing discrepancies with customers and internal stakeholders, ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded, and identify opportunities to improve billing and commission processes.
- Manage Finance Account Settings based on requests from Account Managers and Sales, including client migrations between Infobip entities and account ownership/control updates.
- Offer creation for prepaid customers across all regions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Credit Risk, Legal, and Finance) to understand customer contractual terms and execute billing-related requests.
- Manage customer billing setup and maintenance, including product/channel activation and disconnection, fee configuration, automatic and manual billing setup, and other billing-related changes.
- Calculate partner revenue share, create and maintain finance documents (invoices, credit notes, refunds, and security deposits), and support invoice validation in collaboration with the Accounting team.
Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Offer to Cash process / Revenue or similar roles
- Special Skills: Proficient English, Advance Microsoft Excel, ERP, Good analytical and problem-solving skills, Attention to detail and high level of accuracy, Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
