Get in the driver's seat
As a Program Manager you are accountable for the on-time delivery of vehicle projects within the defined targets during the complete development phase. Together with a highly international and cross functional team, you enable the necessary cooperation and ensure the delivery of the necessary results according to our development plan. The outcome of your work is the punctual and perfect delivery of our outstanding luxurious hypercars to our customers.

Setting up and leading high-performance project teams

Definition and adaption of the program time plan
Driving the decision process within the project
Tracking & driving cross functional KPIs (function, time, quality, cost,)
Involve the Top Management in the project
Resolve conflicts and manage resolution of critical issues across functions
Stimulate action, make things happen

Salary range: €82 500 – € 115000 gross per year (depending on experience)
