About the role
Our Financial Crime team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to prevent financial crime.
We're looking for a Financial Crime Governance Manager to oversee and elevate our external and internal engagements. You’ll be the driving force behind identifying, measuring and mitigating our exposure to Financial crime risks globally.

What you'll be doing
- Managing the execution of standard annual Group EWRA reports, as well as ad-hoc assessments triggered by material changes in risk
- Compiling and analysing quantitative and qualitative data to calculate inherent risks, control effectiveness, and residual risk ratings across the firm
- Identifying and assessing core inherent risk categories
- Evaluating the design and operating effectiveness of the company's internal control environment, spanning both product/services and non-product/services control categories
- Overseeing and utilising the daily-updated EWRA dashboard to provide a continuous and accurate view of inherent risk, control assessments, and residual risk
- Ensuring that any controls requiring enhancement are assigned clear action plans and timelines, tracking all findings and implementations
- Reviewing and updating the EWRA methodology on at least an annual basis to ensure it adequately reflects the Financial Crime risks faced across all operating jurisdictions and regulatory feedbacks
What you'll need
- Excellent stakeholder, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- SQL or understanding of data patterns and coding principles
- Clear and concise communication tailored to various audiences
- Proficiency in governance documentation
- The ability to be flexible, prioritise quickly, and work well under pressure
- Expertise in analysing data and compliance practices to draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Expertise using project management tools
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools like Jira or Confluence
Nice to have
- Excellent risk evaluation skills
- Knowledge of AML/CTF / Sanctions regulations
- Experience in monitoring dashboards and generating management reports
Compensation range
- Poland: PLN23,200 - PLN25,800 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
