Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager for the MENA region (Middle East & North Africa) to drive adoption of IoT solutions in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Egypt, and beyond. This role focuses on large-scale government, smart city, utilities, and oil & gas projects.
Responsibilities

• Acquire and expand enterprise and government accounts across MENA.
• Drive lead generation through industry networks and events.
• Build long-term customer and partner relationships.
• Present IoT solutions to high-level stakeholders in English and Arabic.
• Provide reporting on opportunities and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation success.
• Research regional trends, policies, and competitive offerings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Development or Sales experience in MENA.
• Experience with large-scale government or enterprise projects.
• Familiarity with IoT, smart city, and industrial transformation technologies.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (both mandatory).
• Strong negotiation skills and cultural awareness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
