\nAs a Software Project Intern, you will support the aiSim Project Management team while working closely with software engineers and project managers. This role is ideal for students with a technical mindset who are interested in how complex software projects are delivered. You will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, agile software development, and collaboration with engineering teams.

Job Summary

- Support aiSim project managers in the day-to-day coordination of software development projects \n
- Work closely with software developers and cross-functional teams \n
- Record and track meeting minutes in Confluence \n
- Create and manage Jira tickets \n
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders \n
- Track project progress, deadlines, and action items \n
- Learn modern software development and project management practices \n
- Opportunity to coordinate internal projects and gradually take on more responsibility \n
Key Qualifications
\n- \n
- Ongoing (active or passive) full-time university studies for at least one more year \n
- Availability of at least 20 working hours per week \n
- Strong interest in software development, engineering, or technology \n
- Technical background gained through university studies, personal projects, programming, robotics, or similar hands-on experience \n
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail \n
- Reliable, proactive, and quality-focused mindset \n
- Good communication and teamwork skills \n
- Intermediate English \n
Considered as a plus

- Degree or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field \n
- Professional experience in software development or engineering \n
- Experience with programming, scripting, robotics, embedded systems, or other technical projects \n
- Experience with Jira and Confluence \n
