As the Product Manager for Operational Tools, you'll own the products that make this possible. You'll work closely with engineering, design, operations, and internal teams to transform complex operational workflows into intuitive, scalable products that that enable compliance specialists, customer success teams, and others to work faster, make better decisions, and operate at scale

What You'll Do 

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Ondato’s Operational Tools . 
  • Build a deep understanding of needs, workflows, and pain points across compliance, customer success and other teams to guide product decisions. 
  • Translate complex operational challenges into simple, intuitive product experiences 
  • Partner with engineering and design to execute high-impact features from concept through launch. 
  • Prioritize features based on user value, business impact, and technical constraints. 
  • Communicate product updates, timelines, and decisions to internal stakeholders. 
  • Monitor performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve operations efficiency. 

 

What We're Looking For 

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in, B2B SaaS  
  • Experience building internal tools, operational products, workflow systems, or admin platforms 
  • Strong discovery and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate operational challenges into product solutions  
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders and balancing different business needs 
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term delivery.
