GTM AI Builder
MewsAbout this role
Help make the world more hospitable
The hospitality industry is uniquely human, and it deserves technology that’s just as inspiring as the people behind it. At Mews, we’re transforming the industry with a platform that helps hotels run smarter, move faster and create better guest experiences.
You’ll work with smart, curious people who care deeply about what they do. You’ll have autonomy and the trust to make good decisions and move quickly. And you’ll enjoy a real sense of purpose as you see the impact of what we’re building.
If you’re motivated by ownership, curiosity and meaningful impact, and are driven to deliver consistent high performance, you’ll feel at home here.
About the role
Let's get into the specifics. It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distil it into a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this:
You'll own the design, development and continuous improvement of AI-powered tooling and automation across Mews' GTM stack, spanning Salesforce, Nue, HubSpot, Databricks and Gong, work that today keeps a 300+ person GTM organisation running through manual effort like data pulls, approval chases, routing choices and enrichment. This is a builder role, not a support one: your mandate is to reduce manual process, increase GTM throughput and ship systems that scale without adding headcount. You'll operate with significant autonomy, setting technical direction for GTM tooling and raising the capability of the engineers and operators around you.
What you would do
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI and automation initiatives across marketing automation, quote-to-cash, sales lifecycle and support operations, from problem definition through production release and iteration, without hand-holding from product management or design
- Design and build the GTM Engineering Platform, AI-powered modules including Pipeline Command Center, Deal Passport, Territory Intelligence, Quote Builder, Manager Lens, Digest Center and Conversion Intelligence, replacing manual workflows across BDR, AE and RevOps functions
- Architect and ship AI-powered pipelines that replace manual GTM processes, including lead scoring and routing, deal enrichment, account radar (new hotel discovery), onboarding orchestration, forecasting signals and Gong-powered coaching intelligence
- Engage directly with senior RevOps stakeholders and GTM stakeholders to identify build priorities, translate operational pain into technical scope, and maintain alignment on delivery cadence and outcome metrics
- Build rapidly and iterate based on real feedback, prototyping in days, shipping to production in weeks, and establishing a pattern of continuous improvement rather than one-time releases
- Make pragmatic use of AI development tools, LLM APIs such as Claude and OpenAI, and cloud-native integrations, solving problems at scale without reinventing infrastructure that already exists
- Establish reusable patterns, services and frameworks that accelerate self-serve capability across GTM and RevOps teams, reducing future build time on adjacent problems
- Set technical direction for GTM tooling, make and document architecture decisions, and promote AI-native development practices through code review, pairing and direct coaching of engineers and operations staff
- Define and communicate technical choices in clear, non-technical terms to stakeholders across the business, maintaining alignment and influencing investment priorities
What you would bring
- Seven or more years delivering production software with measurable business outcomes in a product-led company, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment, startup or scale-up
- Demonstrated ability to operate at senior individual contributor level without dedicated product managers or designers, defining scope, navigating ambiguity, making architecture trade-offs and owning delivery end-to-end without close supervision
- Hands-on experience building against CRM and GTM platform APIs such as Salesforce or HubSpot, including workflow automation, event-driven workflows and complex data integrations across multiple systems
- Fluency with LLM APIs and production AI workflows, with experience shipping agents, enrichment pipelines, summarisation systems or AI-assisted automation in a real operational context, not prototypes
- A track record of running complex, cross-functional automation initiatives with direct commercial impact, ideally in or alongside a RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM Analytics function
- Regular use of modern AI development tools including Claude, Lovable, Cursor or equivalent, with familiarity with agent frameworks, MCP integrations and workflow automation tooling
- Ability to think at systems level, understanding how GTM processes connect across marketing, sales, deal desk and post-sale, and designing tooling that serves the full motion rather than isolated workflows
- Clear, direct communication, able to translate operational problems into technical requirements and explain technical choices to non-technical stakeholders and senior stakeholders with equal confidence
Nice to have
- Experience with Nue or other CPQ/subscription billing platforms, Databricks, the Gong API or Clay

Life at Mews
We’re an equal opportunities employer. We value teams that reflect the diversity of the customers and communities we serve. Different perspectives make better ideas, stronger products and a more welcoming company.
We also believe transparency is important when deciding if you're the right fit. Mews is an ambitious, high-pressure environment of continuous learning and high standards. Success here requires resilience, adaptability and a willingness to solve difficult problems.
A few things that define how we work:
- High autonomy means high responsibility. People are expected to take ownership and drive outcomes. There isn’t a detailed playbook for everything, and that’s part of what makes the work challenging – and rewarding.
- Change is constant. We’re growing quickly and adapting as we scale. Teams, processes and priorities continue to evolve, and only people who stay curious and agile will thrive.
- We’re remote-first, not relationship-free. Flexibility is core to how we work, but strong relationships still matter. Our teams are global, so we need expert collaborators and communicators to help us move forward together.
- AI is an integral part of our processes. It’s not here to steal people’s jobs, but to amplify efficiency and productivity. We’re motivated to proactively use the technology to seek out better ways of working and share our findings with the rest of the company.
If there's anything we can do to support you during the application process, let us know.
We don't discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability or any other protected characteristic.
One final thing: don't hold back. If you don't meet 100% of the criteria in this job description but you're certain you could make a big impact, apply. Everyone should have equal access to opportunities, and we're committed to providing an inclusive experience.
If Mews sounds like the kind of environment where you'd thrive, we'd love to hear from you.
