Aim High

As Ataccama grows, so does the complexity of how we price, package, and structure deals - multiple products, an evolving price book, and increasingly sophisticated commercial arrangements across new business, expansion, and renewals. As our business evolves, we're investing in a centralized deal desk function to bring greater speed, consistency, and efficiency to how we structure and close deals. We're hiring a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to lead that charge.

This is a high-impact role on the Revenue Operations team, and you'll be the centralized expert the field turns to first. You'll understand our products, how we price them, the cost and margin implications behind every structure, and how we actually sell - so that Sales and Customer Success get fast, accurate, confident guidance. The mark of success here isn't taking orders and processing quotes; it's recommending the smartest course of action and helping the business move faster and sell more effectively.

We're looking for someone who is energized by ambiguity, enjoys working across Revenue Operations and counterparts throughout the org (Finance, Accounting, Product, GTM, and beyond), and who wants to fundamentally evolve how deal desk operations work at a fast-scaling company.

Your Challenge

  • Be the field's first call on deals: Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales and Customer Success on deal structure, quoting, pricing, and packaging, partnering from early shaping through signature.

  • Engineer commercially sound deals: Advise on term lengths, discounting, and structure while ensuring accurate margin and cost analysis, so every deal works for both Ataccama and the customer.

  • Speak fluently to the price book: Develop deep fluency across our multi-product portfolio and partner with Product to keep pricing, packaging, and modelling accurate as the price book evolves.

  • Drive renewals, co-terming, and expansion: Guide Customer Success on renewal pricing and packaging to capture CPI gains, streamline the co-terming of multiple contracts, and structure expansions cleanly.

  • Govern deal approvals: Manage non-standard pricing and term requests against established guardrails, routing exceptions to the right approvers while keeping cycle times short.

  • Enable clean revenue: Partner with Finance and Accounting to structure deals for clean revenue recognition and proactively flag risk.

  • Turn deal data into insight: Surface trends in discounting, win/loss, deal velocity, and economics to inform pricing strategy and broader Revenue Operations decisions.

  • Evolve our quoting systems: Partner with RevOps and GTM counterparts to improve the DealHub experience (quote and contract generation, approval flows, and data capture) and help us move beyond manual, spreadsheet-driven work.

  • Codify and scale your expertise: Build deal playbooks, pricing guidelines, and field enablement so recurring questions become self-serve and the whole organization moves faster.

  • Bring an AI-forward mindset: Use modern AI tools to streamline contract review, deal modelling, and your own workflows, and help us continuously rethink how deal desk operations run.

  • Operate as ONE team: Collaborate across Revenue Operations (Sales Ops, Customer Ops, and Systems) to keep how we quote, structure, and process deals consistent and scalable.

  • Is This You?

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in deal desk operations or quoting strategy, at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.

  • Experience supporting both Sales and Customer Success, with a strong grasp of new business, expansion, renewals, and co-terming as well as familiarity with ARR and retention concepts (NRR, GRR).

  • Comfortable supporting global teams, structuring deals across multiple entities and currencies in a global business.

  • Strong command of SaaS deal structuring, pricing and packaging, discounting strategy, and margin/cost analysis - plus a working understanding of how deal terms affect revenue recognition (familiarity with ASC 606 a plus).

  • Hands-on experience with CRM and CPQ tooling (DealHub a plus), and a genuine interest in improving the systems and the user experience, not just operating them.

  • Analytical and data-fluent - able to model deal economics and renewal/co-terming scenarios, and translate the numbers into clear recommendations.

  • An AI-forward operator who reaches for modern tools to eliminate manual work and isn't interested in doing things "the old way."

  • Intellectually curious - you want to understand the why and dig deep for answers, going above and beyond to learn the product, the price book, and the business.

  • An excellent communicator who can explain a complex deal structure clearly to a rep, a finance partner, or a legal counterpart - and who earns trust as a true business partner.
