Get in the driver's seat
As a Quality Inspection Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of components and vehicles throughout the manufacturing process. From incoming material inspection to in process verification and end of line vehicle validation. Working closely with Production, Engineering, Logistics and Quality teams, you will help maintain the highest quality standards by performing inspections, identifying non-conformities, supporting root cause investigations and driving continuous improvement. Where you’ll make an impact
Prepare and maintain quality inspection processes for incoming, in process, production line and end of line inspections.
Develop Control Plans, inspection procedures, work instructions, inspection standards and checklists for components and vehicles.
Perform incoming inspections of supplier parts and ensure compliance with quality requirements before warehouse acceptance.
Conduct in process inspections of carbon fibre, painted and upholstered components throughout production.
Perform in line vehicle inspections, including tightening validation, visual assembly inspections and high voltage architecture verification.
Operate quality inspection equipment such as FaroArm measuring systems, 3D scanners and dedicated inspection gauges.
Record inspection results, issue Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) in the ERP system and manage quarantine activities for non conforming products.
Perform vehicle end of line (EOL) inspections, including calibration, static and dynamic vehicle inspections.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to verify product conformity.
Support quality investigations by identifying root causes, validating corrective actions and driving continuous process improvements.
Ensure complete traceability of inspection activities through accurate reporting and quality documentation.
Maintain compliance with internal quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing.
What are your core competences
High school diploma or higher; technical education is considered an advantage.
Experience in quality inspection, manufacturing or automotive production is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Experience using inspection and metrology equipment such as FaroArm, 3D scanners or similar measuring systems is considered an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Valid Category B driver's license.
A proactive, quality focused mindset with strong problem solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Salary range: €25 000 – €35 000 gross per year (depending on experience)
