At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to teach robots the real world. We’re now looking for an Engineering Manager, who’s ready to deep dive into the problems of integrating physical AI, software, the physical world, and at the same time build a healthy team

  • We are where the product meets reality. We are on the ground, in real warehouses, we see how the product truly performs in practice, where unexpected things come up, where it has to deliver value. This gives us unique insight – and real influence on how the product is built.

    • What skills we’d like you to have:

  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in people management
  • Technical leadership skills & experience
  • Great problem solving and proficiency in one of modern programing languages (we use Python)
  • Experience in designing complex, multilevel software systems
  • Fluent communication in English
