Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our presence in Italy. The focus will be on manufacturing, utilities, and smart municipalities, supporting enterprise customers in their digital transformation.
Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage enterprise clients in Italy.
• Generate leads and work with marketing to drive campaigns.
• Build long-lasting client and partner relationships.
• Deliver presentations in Italian and English.
• Provide reporting on pipeline and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Research market opportunities and competitor activities in Italy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Development or Sales experience in Italy.
• Success in enterprise technology sales.
• Knowledge of IoT, 5G, edge computing, orchestration.
• Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
