About this role
Define, track, and report on key product metrics (such as engagement, retention, conversion, and churn) to evaluate the success of product features and initiatives.
Analyze product and user data to uncover trends, user behaviors, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity as well as work with the data team and product developers on solving data accuracy issues.
Promote a data-driven work culture through example and by championing self-service.
Work collaboratively with product team members, such as product managers, engineers, and designers.
Find the right medium to convey important insights with the right context.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to explain complex concepts to different audiences.
2+ years of hands-on working experience as a Product Data Analyst.
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel/Amplitude).
A degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field.
Fluency in written and verbal English.
Nice to have:
Experience with AWS.
Programming experience (Python).
Experience working in a B2B/SaaS/tech company setting.
Experience with product-led strategies.
Experience with dbt and data modelling is a pre.
Salary range:
Lithuania 52,000 - 68,300 EUR gross/yearly.
Netherlands 59,500 - 78,100 EUR gross/yearly.
Please note that this is a fixed-term 1-year contract without additional benefits.
