Get in the driver's seat 

 

As a Lead Interior Designer, you will take responsibility to follow up on multiple projects, from sketch to production, leading a team of Interior Designers and reporting to the Chief Interior Designer for both the Bugatti and Rimac brands.
Collaborating on one hand internally with the CAS Design team, Visualization, Graphic, UX/UI Design teams and on the other hand with the wider R&D team (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality…), you will make sure the Design vision of our brands is reflected on the final vehicle delivered to our customers, ensuring the highest design standards, technical expertise, surfacing and perceived quality targets are met.

Where you’ll make an impact 

 

  • Developing the interior of our hypercars  

  • Following up and nurturing a team of interior designers 

  • Reviewing and presenting progress to the Design Director and upper management 

  • Generating synergy with other departments

Salary range: €62 500 – €82 500 gross per year (depending on experience)
